"When the third seal was opened I heard a voice calling me 'come and see', and I saw. Before me was a black horse and he who sat on it had a scale in his hand. Then I heard what sounded like a voice among the living creatures, saying, "A quart of wheat for a day's wages, and three quarts of barley for a day's wages, and do not damage the oil and the wine!"

492-BRAMARAT (Brammble-Marats) -Poison/Grass -Black Horseman Pokemon -Sig. Move: Black Brume* -"His black body carries plagues and disease, and his single touch can kill the vegetation. He can be found In a toxic wasteland made by himself. He is one of four"
*Poison type/ 5PP / 100pwr / 70%Acc / The user fill the air with dark clouds of toxic fumes, poisoning all around. The opponent will get poisoned. If the user is holding a berry, it will get poisoned and turn useless.
His body is supposed to be made of dead thorny branches and poisonous leave, all looking like a hobo or a sick person
also right hand is now part of the scales while the other part is the left shoulder. It kind of symbolic, like a scale without balance, a symbol of injustice and corruption
well, nothing much to say, so see ya later and hope you like it
I was thinking: if Bramarat is going to be so dark, maybe there could be a story. Maybe, he's one of the first to arrive, but when he loses his powers (to poison the land), he's lost his memory. It could balance out his dark appearance, make it that he's not such a bad pokemon on the inside.
Other than the mistaken switch of the diference between the black and white horsemen, I'd say this is pretty good.
See, the black horse is Famine, which just means hunger and thirst, and is not associted with plagues and diseases...that would've been the white horse, who some call conquest, where it's true name is pestilence, meaning plagues, diseases, and all around insectoid pests, which most diseases and plagues are carried through the wind, where famine is carried through the water..when water disappears, the crops don't grow, leaving people hungry.

But that's just me.
Other than that, he's pretty cool, so gnarly!

Still, for pokemon it's a pretty awesome design.
