He is always bitting his tail, creating a circuit, so the electricity is always in his body, always increasing. This pokemon became incredibly fast trought evolution, and thanks to his 6 fins, he became a very skilled swimer, able to change his direction from left to right, up and down, front and backwards in just a second, making him very hard to attack. When this pokemon lets free his tail, all the electricity stored is realeased in a very violent way, making a huge damage in any one hitted. after this, it will take some time to him too regain the lost electricity"
