Changing weather

Since last year, There has been this idea spinning in my head, something releated to my sandstome pokemon HABUSTORM, but I didnt had the clear idea until this monday, so I started making them and here is my new powermon job

This are the weather condition pokemon, each one based in one of the 4 weather conditions in pokemon games.

Also, each one has a unique signature move related with its weather condition.

???-RAISOON (Rain-Monsoon)
-Water/Flying
-Waterspout Pokemon
-Ability: Drizzle
-"RAISOON flocks live inside storm clouds, carryng rain wherever they fly. Their bodies gater humidity from the clouds around them, creating new clounds around their bodies except their heads and long necks, which drive people to mistake them with snakes."
-Signature Move: Monsoon-PP/10-Power/100-Acc/80-"The pokemon gaters water around his oponent, droping huge streams of water with great force. If it its raining, this attack gains a power boost of x.5"

417-HABOUST (Haboob-Dust)
-Ground/Electric
-Sandstorm Pokemon
-Ability: Sand Stream
-"HABUSTORM lives in big packs who travels in sandstorms across the desert. They apear after Thunderstorms hit the ground, atracted by the lightings. His body is surrounded by sand and dust who floats and sticks together due to the static energy generated by the constant friction of the sand itself. Native people consider them spirits of the desert."
-Signature Move: Haboob-PP/10-Power/100-Acc/80-"The pokemon directs powerful sandstreams toward the opponent with great force. If a sandstorm is raiging, this attack gains a boost of x.5

???-HEAMOOM (Heat-Simoom)
-Fire/Poison
-Heath Weave Pokemon
-Ability: Drought
-"HEAMOOM travel in large groups, gathering heat from the sun and stroring it in their bodies. To avoid enemies, this pokemon release the heat they store, so they turn invisible thanks to the distortion the heats creates in the air, almost like a mirage. This pokemon use this heat to hunt too."
-Signature Move: Simoom-PP/10-Power/100-Acc/80-"The pokemon attacks with waves of superheated air that can even poison the foe. If the Sunlight is strong, this attack gains a boost of x.5"

???-ZUDAIL (Zud-Hail)
-Ice/Rock
-Blizzard Pokemon
-Ability: Snow Warning
-"ZUDAIL travels in large packs around the snowy mountaims and snowed forests. Their bodies are so cold that the air around them is frozen cold, wich creates ice shards around them. They travel in the Blizzard without problem, being so that people even beleive they bring the snowstorms with they,"
-Signature Move: Whiteout-PP/10-Power/100-Acc/80-"The pokemon attacks releasing a white wall of cold air, mixed with sharp ice shards, launched at full force. If a Hailstorm is raiging, this attack gains a boost of x.5

RAISOON is based in the Anhinga, also known as the Snakebird, and a Stormcloud

HABOUST is based in a Coyote and a dust cloud

HEAMOOM is based in a Monitor Lizard and a Heat Wave

ZUDAIL is based in a Moose and Snow
